aahh I love 2p (aka basass version of) Madeline/Canada...She's not very known...but I think that's what I love, cause then you can interpret these characters however you want muhaha C:< So I went and collected an illegal amount of references...like...

<sub>The jacket she's wearing is the Victorian uniform of the British royal Engineers. It's similar to what Matthew's wearing in this [link] (but a little different at the sleeves)

The throne is also from the victorian era. I tried to incorporate both the crown and the Fleur de lis in it's design...:'o

The flag is the earliest version of the Canadian flag. The Union Jack is usually flown during that time but this existed from 1868–1921.... and existing is half the battle.
